Futura Records – GER 19, FUT 2015, 1971 This album is not only typical of the legendary Futura label, it is much more than that. If one were to name only one name (oops), that would be the magnificent Yoshko Seffer (here listed as Jeff Seffer), of ZAO and solo fame. Jazz, but not exactly, avant garde - yes, but accessible, not to drown you completely. Rock'n'roll? Probably, still. A bit raw, sometimes a bit dated (hence my rating of 4, not 5), but a wonderful piece of vinyl nonetheless. For those into Henry Cow, early King Crimson, Ash Ra Tempel etc., a perfect cup of tea.
